  1. Send a short message through the contact page or by email: what you do, what the site should achieve and when you need it. I reply within two working days with a few questions and a time to talk.

  2. Yes. After our first call I send a short brief that covers your goals, audience, pages, content and timing. It takes about twenty minutes to fill in and saves weeks later on.

  3. In clear stages: briefing, research and structure, design concept, design and motion, development and launch. You see and approve each stage before the next begins. The Workflow page walks through them.

  4. From the brief: the number of pages, the amount of custom motion, the content and the integrations. You get a fixed price and a timeline before we start, with nothing hidden.

  5. Usually half at the start and half before launch. Larger projects are split by stage. Invoices are sent in euros; other currencies are possible.

  6. Yes. Each design stage includes two rounds of revisions, and small changes during development are part of the job. Bigger changes of direction are estimated separately.

  7. You do. After the final payment the design, the code and the content are yours, and you get full access to the hosting and the domain.

  8. Yes, as a monthly plan or case by case: updates, new pages, campaigns, performance and security checks.
